Hopefully, this effort will cause some effort to made regarding the plight of the number of individuals in Clarksville TN labeled homeless.
Trust me, in terms of numbers, the city of Clarksville has a manageable number.
You would be surprised at the number of homeless individuals that can pay their own way.
They just need someone to take a personal and human interest in their plight; “just that simple”.
